Meet the Owner

Jake E. Sowders II

Owner / Operator of Mountain Vista Home Watch, LLC

Jake E. Sowders II is the Owner and Operator of Mountain Vista Home Watch, LLC. He was born and raised in Southwest Ohio and joined the United States Air Force following high school.

Jake earned a Bachelor of Arts in Homeland Security and Emergency Management from Ashford University, as well as an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force.

He also completed the National Home Watch Association Home Watch Boot Camp, further strengthening his knowledge and commitment to professional home watch standards.
